Becki Newton

Becki is from Connecticut native. As a teenager, Becki began to perform locally in productions like performances for the summer season and in community theater. She pursued a degree in European History at the University of Pennsylvania, during which the course she attended several semesters overseas. Becki was able to move to NYC right after her graduation to pursue Broadway. After appearing in dozens of national commercials and guest starring roles such as Cold Case (2003), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999), as well as American Dreams (2002), she landed the role of Amanda in Ugly Betty (2006). She's got a husband named Chris Diamantopoulos and has a brother named Matt Newton. Most beautiful women that I see are not necessarily models of the highest caliber. It's a blessing that I don't have to worry about events on the red carpet or work since I'm not an expert. Still, I'm definitely confident enough to make a risk with regards to my appearance. It can be fun to look glamorous! It's not about being overly fussy or putting up with your self. There's nothing wrong in being not being a little bit naughty.
